Battery discharging during Forced charging

Hi, still lots to learn with this new system Kh7, 3 x cq7s. I've got 2 schedules set in the Fox 2.0 app to align with Octopus intelligent go, 2330-2359 and 0000-0530.
I noticed last night that the battery charged to 100% around midnight, but then discharged down to 76% around 0530 into the Zappi/car. How can i stop the battery discharging into the car/home. One of the AIs suggested changing Self-use to Backup for the 2 schedules.
Would this work?

Backup/Standby will hold the battery.

Thanks for that, so will it be a safe route to take. Are there any downsides?
I wish it was easy and Fox and Octopus sort out a simple solution for those of us on I O G and smart charging. I didn't have this trouble with Givenergy. I'd be tempted to use Home Assistant, but I'm not that computer savvy.

I had IOG, and had it set to backup work mode after it had charged, it stayed on 100% until 05:30.

Only downside you will get without HA or wiring the EVCP differently, is your battery will discharge (when you get a random slot)
