So about a week ago, I noticed that ALL settings in the app and online portal as well as per API requests are not available. It seems that all network requests are timing out. I have an agent account so nothing should be blocked to begin with and also this was all working just fine until about a week ago. Notably, I need to change my MinSOC.

Now, I did raise the issue with the installation company which raised the issue with FOX in the US (I am in Canada), but they don't seem to quite know what is going on other than there is something in "maintenance".

my question: Has anyone else seen this?

Has the Inverter 'Crashed' and needing a reboot?
Has the WiFi dongle/LAN cable become detached or, have you changed Internet providers?

1. Inverter crashed:
I thought this was an option but other than the settings, everything else is still working, i.e. my solar is still feeding the house. Either way, I turned off the inverter and restarted it to make sure, but it didn't seem to have an effect
2. I use the wifi dongle (not a lan cable). I will take a look to make sure it is nicely attached still but given that I am still getting information from the actual consumption of the system, I don't think it will be the cause.
3. Did not change internet providers or router setup. Having said that, I do use a unifi dream machine with multiple sub networks and firewall rules and I had already checked if something there could have had an impact but it didn't seem to have an effect. But the fact that you're bring it up makes me wonder if I could do some more diagnostic tests at a different level.

Ultimately, the key symptom is that all settings are failing to retrieve values (I see timeouts in the browser inspector for instance and the mobile app explicitly mentions the timeout). I assume the update of a setting is not possible because it cannot read the values. But the fact that all other data (like pv output, grid consumpiont etc) is still flowing back and forth makes me think it is something outside my local setup

It is worth trying to pair up the WiFi dongle again?
