Battery not working?

Hello, we got the system a few days ago and it worked fine until yesterday. Since then the app show 0 Solar production. The battery is full but doesn't give anything into the net. I continue to take all power from the net...
The battery shows a green LED and the wifi-icon is ON, although it definetely is connected to my wifi(the says online and i see it in my routers connected devices)
