Force Charge issue - KH10 / EQ4800

Hi, Recently I have been trying to force charge my battery via mode scheduler, however when I do it only pulls in from the grid, what I am using in the home, and does not charge the battery. I have ensured that "Charging from grid" is enabled, "charge power from grid" is set at 10500W. Its shows as "Forced Charge" status but no changing - see pic

I also have the Home Assistant Modbus connected, and when I set "Forced Charge" from Home Assistant, the app is showing as "Back up" Mode. Which seems to be doing the same thing, importing equivalent home use and not charging the battery.

Any thoughts as to what's happening? I had only tested force charge previously quickly as it took some time for my meter to be reconfigured. It seemed to work ok a few months ago when tested. Now that my meter is reconfigured and can export, not working.

Master 1.70
Slave 1.03
Manager 1.66
Import Limit: 8kW
Export Limit: 5kW

I closed this one out with FoxESS support team. Turns out the "MaximumSoC-FromGrid" was set to 14%.

I don't think this is a setting the end user can change so assuming something was done incorrectly when the installer/distributor went in to update the Import/Export limits (which lines up timing wise).

Anyway all seems to be good, thought I'd update.

Appreciate the update, it helps others in same situation.

You can check the values, and change usually yourself. (on inverter screen)
Might be an idea to have a look around at some of Will's videos, plenty of useful information on his channel.
