EV charger installation caused code 1 and code 26 faults [SOLVED]

Hi there!

In my attempts to go all electric I had an Ohme Pod installed today through Octopus.

I hadn’t realised until after the engineer left that my whole system is now offline.
H1 6kW inverter, 2x 5kW batteries, 6kW panels.

I have the error messages:
Code-1: no utility
Code-26: grid voltage fault

Called engineer, told me to switch off all PV breakers, wait a couple minutes then back on: did nothing.

Then told me to reboot so I turned all isolators to off, turned off batteries.
I think that’s what create a code-234 BMS alarm.
Switched everything back to on, still nothing and now the batteries refuse to turn on!

Any help?

Thanks,
Nico

Update: the Octopus engineer who installed the EV charger came back and helped with the panels and battery. After a few resets it’s all back up and running as it should, as far as I can tell.
The dongle however has lost connection and isn’t sending data to the FoxESS cloud, despite several resets.
Suggestions?

PS props to the Octopus engineer who spent a solid 2 hours getting the system back up.

I logged into the data logger, for some reason it has reverted to my previous router details. A quick update and I was back online.

The manual is spare but just about understandable, I attach it here in case it is useful to anyone.
Note when rebooting the inverter went into "off" mode, all we had to do was navigate to the right place in the menu to switch back to "on".
