I have set up a forced charge schedule and set the "charge power from grid" to 4,500W max but (before I hit SOC limit) it is drawing over 7kw from the grid on the main screen (7,000W) - all of which is going in to the battery (house use was 300w, and solar was producing 3kw, with the battery charging 9.7kw)

(The charge from grid is toggled on and am in the timeframe this schedule applies to).

Any ideas?

Check your firmware versions as the power limit will only actioned on the newer firmware versions and only on the later generation 2 inverters i.e. original H1 inverters do not support this - if your inverter is relatively new, make sure you are updated to the latest firmware.
