My FoxEss battery is not compatible with Octopus Flux, too old apparently. So I've tried to add a manual tariff, I input the different times, on/off peak and see there is options for Buy/Sell....yet you can't input any prices.

The help desk points me to my 'home' menu which has a single 'feed-in' rate and which is useless as there is different export rates depending on time.

The help desk does not seem to understand this even with screenshots.

Am I missing something or is this feature broken?

Hi Dave, thanks for the link. I've actually tried that but I can't input prices, like he does in the video.

FoxEss help just keep giving me one line answers to this question but non of their replies actually answers the question.

FoxEss (today) - 'yes you can do a manual tariff'
Me - 'I know, but I can't input a buy/sell price'

Been going round in circles for 3 days now.
