work scheduler mode changes settings on its own?

Hi I've had my system fitted for 3months now and been using in the "Self Use Mode" but over the last few weeks most days it reverts onto "Mode Scheduler Mode" by itself and adds forced battery charging at random times that I wouldn't want like 6-7 am or 00:00 -01:00. initially I kept just resetting back to self use mode but just kept changing back on its own, so I next filled the Mode scheduler Mode with all times 00:00-23:59 with using self use so no available times for it to change to battery force charge, but most days it still just deletes the times I set up and adds a random force charge timeslot. Is there anyway I can stop the app changing?
PS im on standard Octopus outgoing and a std import tariff for time being so it cant be octopus using intelligent settings to overide my desired self use mode.

any help gratefully received Jimbo :D

I had this in the distant past, where it would randomly set a charge up at the worst possible times.

It turned out that using the App on two different devices was causing some weird bug (Android & Apple) It was 'cured' by only using one device to control it.

If this is not what is happening with you, then you may have to restart your system when the scheduler is breaking down, or use website to control it and not open the App for example and see how it responds.

Stick to a single access point and see how you get on, mine would do this at peak electric prices.
Best of luck, and see how you get on in time.
