This thread is for the H3-x.0-Smart Three-Phase Hybrid Inverter where x is 5, 6, 8, 9.9, 10.0, 12, 15) - aka H3 Gen 2
June 2026:
Master firmware v1.46 has just been released (previously v1.44)
Manager firmware v1.28 has just been released (previously v1.26)
Does anyone have any release notes or know what was changed?

This is what AI thinks - treat with caution
For the FoxESS H3 Gen 2 (H3-x.0-Smart) platform, jumping from v1.46 to v1.48 primarily introduces critical performance optimizations to battery handling, power scheduling, and grid code compliance rather than complete interface redesigns. The core changes and optimizations implemented in this version cycle include:
1. Battery Idle & Leakage OptimizationBatIdle Shutdown: Added full battery drive shutdown logic when the system is idling (BatIdle) and the State of Charge (SOC) hits MinSocOnGrid. If there is no immediate charging demand and the battery cannot discharge further, the drive completely shuts down.Trickle Current Reduction: This is designed to drastically reduce "vampire" or leakage current trickle-charging from the grid during long periods of zero PV production.
2. Peak Shaving & Power Scheduling RefinementsRemote Parameter Separation: A separate parameter (Remote.ImportLimitPower) has been implemented to isolate remote VPP/utility power limits from the local, hardware-based ImportLimitPower settings used in standard Peak Shaving modes.Elimination of Charge Dead-Zones: Fixed a recurring power scheduling bug where the inverter would occasionally fail to initiate battery charging during specific configured time blocks.MaxSocOnGrid Restrictions: Refined the behavior of MaxSocOnGrid to prevent the inverter from aggressively importing or pulling unexpected power from the grid under non-essential operating states.
3. Grid Code & Safety AdjustmentsN-PE Relay Behavior: Modified the defaults for specific regional grid standards (including Poland, France, and the Czech Republic) ensuring the N-PE grounding switch defaults to enabled, fixing an intermittent fault where the flag would reset to zero after a physical hard reboot.Bus Voltage Alarm Fixes: Fixed a transient bus voltage alarm issue that sometimes triggered during forced charge windows (which was a side effect of the newer MinSocOnGrid idle battery logic).

Some AI responses will give sources. If not, it's just a made-up token-matching plausible but likely hallucination.
Give me a real source, or at least a real quote from an email etc.
