Hopefully someone has experienced something similar and can shed some light on this. My panels aren't charging the battery and the battery has been charging from the grid too. I've done a reset in the hope this would sort it but no joy. Any advice/tips would be welcome.

Do you have some system details?

Amount of panels in kWp (example 14x 440W = 6.16kWp)
Inverter size (in kW)
Battery capacity (in kWh)

Some more things to add the diagram shows current being imported when it should be exported. I'm generating electricity and only have basic low wattage gadgets on.

And could an EV charger install lead or contribute to this? I had one installed and, having looked back at the graphs this appears to have been when the import/export inversion happened. Having done some searches it could be the CT clamps from the EV install confusing the system.

I have 10 panels. I think it's about 3.8kW.

There's a good chance your EV is draining your battery (it won't last long charging a car!)

Can you compare the time shown where your battery drops from 100% to 10% quickly, against the time the car was charging?

I've been through all the more obvious things. Nothing that draws a big current is in use or plugged in when I've taken the snips.

Can you click on the ‘Daily Production’ and select a date where you have had good solar day (yesterday I suspect) - and screen shot the ‘Statistics’ graphs and post the image.

If your home usage is always incorrect It is possible that when your EV was installed the inverters CT clamp was disconnected or misplaced facing in the reverse direction - in which case you would expect your home usage to always be incorrect whilst there is solar generation, and it may go negative at night.
