Hello - am trying to register Octopus Agile on my Foxcloud app. However, after having entered my account number and API key (and checking both of them multiple times), I get code 41566 'unrecognised' - not sure what to do with this info. Any suggestions/advice? thank you

I have the same problem. The agile API was working for a few days then suddenly stopped. I tried generating a new APi and it worked again, then stopped again. Now it is not accepting it at all and I get that 41566 error when I try to enter a new one.

I also have this same error code. It worked for a while, then stopped reading the tariff, I tried re-entering the old API key and generating a new one and entering that, neither works. Does anyone from Fox monitor these fora?
