Battery showing offline

Checked the app this morning and noticed my system shows offline.
Anyone else seeing this?

Online here.
Normally you will need to reboot your entire system to rule out anything. Power everything off, so that your Inverter screen goes blank for 30s. Make sure to power down the battery pack also.
Then turn everything back on again, but make sure the battery is powered up first.

Yeah so I checked the battery itself and I can see it is indeed running, it’s just the app that’s showing offline

Either give it some time, or go for a reboot to 'wake' the cloud up.
Some have just pulled the datalogger and put it back in again.
Up to you what you wish to do, hopefully sorted soon.
