EV charger locking out

Although we charge the EV overnight NOT using solar or battery we are getting repeated lock-outs ON THE CHARGER (Sync Energy) due to high voltage
When I looked the grid voltage is again 253.3 and has on occasion been over 257
I already have a case open with our DNO (UKPN) and have supplied them with minute by minute data for a whole month which was logged by a pi.
I understand that the PV inverter will need to raise its output voltage slightly above grid supply in order to be able to export but the high voltages recorded DO NOT co-incide with my peak exports and as we are only exporting up to 5kWh we obviously arent going to be able to raise the whole grid (!!)
Looking at the inverter I am wondering what these values are for....are they to control the lock-out for the Fox inverter, are they correct??
