Setting S3000-G2 "vac 10min avg" value using the inverter front panel

Hi,
My grid avg sometimes goes to 255V and the inverter automatically shuts down. Is it possible to modify this value using the inverter front panel? (without having to contact the installer so he can do it online, I got only an end user account)
I couldn't find any option related to grid settings while navigating through that menu. The user manual is not of too much help either
