After a month in use I am soon to start getting paid for exporting yippee ....I have already given away over 500kWh for free
I would like to reset / zero the total export / total revenue to grid figure so as to start again....can this be done and if so how?
Also, I cant seem to enter the FIT of 12p /kWh with Octopus....am I missing something ?
Thanks

Congrats on getting your export MPAN, shame about the 500kWh
I don't think you can reset anything yourself, and I would personally recommend you create a spreadsheet to track import/export values. Reason being, if in the future the 12p export becomes 6p for example, the system is too dumb to apply the change on dd/mm/yyyy... so it applies it to every single kWh exported.

I have mine set at 0 so that it doesn't show to me some random value for Total Revenue that is bogus.
Will does have a good selection of videos on his channel for many subjects

thanks...now sorted
@MaterialBarracuda48: ...... deleting the existing tariff did in fact clear out all the entries as desired

Finally got the solar FIT sorted.....during the summer months - potentially March to October and beyond - the system should give us totally free electric day and, with the battery being charged up during the day, free night electric saving at least £130 of grid draw and produce at least £60** a month FIT.... with a £10k initial outlay it should give a payback period of 5 years and then produce £2k a year income saving year on year ......wow
So far - and its only been in for the month of April - we have produced 1.03 MWh, self used 511 kWh, exported 508 kWh and used around 96kWh at 6p /kWh (£5) from the grid overnight for my sons' EV ....if every house did that and of course it was sunny every day we wouldnt need a grid at all !!!
** should be higher, that was Aprils' figure which we didnt get paid as they hadnt set it up yet
pretty impressive so far........its nice having the option to do the washing / dishwasher / tumble dryer / cooking any time of day without really thinking about it, so far the battery has remained above 20% charge altough obviously in winter it probably wont charge fully during the day.....but we can top it up overnight at 6p /kWh which, once that orange idiot has finished bombing the middle east will hopefully come back down to 5p or less
