Hi, as the title says - the site was installed last year and exportcontrol was previously set to 8980W and I noticed this morning that it is now on 3800W. I already opened a ticket with FoxESS, as I am not able to set the ExportLimit on the Inverter itself - I enter the value with the Up/Down keys and the set-button, it says that it save the settings but then reverts back to 3800W.

I also tried to set it via the FoxESS website (QuickSettings) and it reverts back. Any suggestions to fix this without going through support?

I can only think of two main possibilities;

1. The inverter manager has 'crashed' so needs to be powered off and restarted, screen needs to go blank for 30 seconds, battery has to be off, and first item powered on before inverter.

2. Maybe you have VPP - Virtual Power Plant remote controls that are changing values.
