After a software update via the app for my KH10 inverter to:-
Master: 1.60
Manager: 1.58
my phone app only shows "On Grid", not "Importing" or "Exporting"
I did a reboot, as per a google search suggested, and it worked for a short time, but reverted to "On Grid" again.
The web app and inverter also show "On Grid" so it's not just an app thing.
Anyone else had this problem, I am in Victoria, Australia.

It will say "On grid" when you are taking a small amount of power from the grid, so that's normal.
Do you have pictures of the home screen, at a few random times to show us?

When you powered everything off, did you allow your Inverter screen to go blank for at least 30s?

Prior to sofware update it always showed either "import" or "export" even if it was 1w.
I powered down the inverter (checked the lights were out and screen blank) for 5 minutes then powered it back up.
I have noticed subsequently that if I do a force battery charge, it shows import and about 10kw then when I stop the force charge it reverts to "On Grid" and maybe 10 watts.
It only seems to reflect a large value as "import" or "export" but it also shows a few watts on the "Gen Load" at night which is where they put my old solar and inverter.
There is no solar connected to the KH10 directly yet.
Currently it is showing "GRID IMPORTING" 258 w (my battery is at 10%)

Maybe it's just a minor sofware display tweek and nothing to worry about.
