EVO10-H warm up missing from app and modbus

Hi everyone,
I've just had my installation and I'm now on latest firmware.
I believe the EVO range has a warm up function and my installer has enabled it (he's shown me a screenshot).
Unfortunately,it doesn't seem to be an option in the foxcloud app it's not greyed out, it's just not there.
I've done some digging and can't find a solution.
Any ideas?
