H3 Smart Inverter Fans when does it start operating?

At what ambient temperature or inverter temp does the bottom fans switch on for the H3-15.0-Smart inverter?
I am trying to figure out if mine is working as it shows 60 degrees ambient on app but fans are still not running. InvTemp is at 58 degrees.
