app not reporting the right data

ok so i have my system to charge my batteries during the night from 11pm through to 6am which is my lowest tarriff.
this moring i have got up and noticed my batteries which are 3 x 5.75kw each down to 8% so that means they have not charged dueing the night like they normally do. so i set a force charge and saved it and nothing happens no charging of the batteries from the grid,but then i noticed since i got up the app is showing the pannels are gernerating 2.44kw and because my house is using 378w that means the left over power is charging the batteries at 2.06kw. but the exact same amounts are showing after closing and reopening the app and looking at the foxcloud on the web. not just close but the exact amountd for 3 hours? anyone have any ideas even turning everything off and back on does not change any of the values
