EPS Gateway and export?

Not sure if this an app issue (visual reporting anomaly) or a gateway issue (hard wired issue)

Gateway installed today with an extra EP11.
3.6kw H1 inverter.

The mode scheduler is set to feed in priority throughout the day but the app is showing that the house is taking the full solar pv (say 1kw currently)when my base load is about 200w.

No export has been reported since 12pm when the installer has started wiring everything up?

It might be best if you post a power graph for today.

Just set it to forced export and the house load has increased to 3kw which is what I have set the export to so how is this rectified?

I can see it now, from what I am seeing, your solar was charging your batteries for a bit, looking normal and you gained some SoC.

Before the charging began, you was exporting to the grid as you see in the red below the 0kW line.
I am not seeing any current export, and shows your home is using 3kW... you may have to wait a few minutes for the data to adjust (it is always best to look at the long term data)

Hi, that is showing as forced export on the app. Not sure if the way it's configured means the app can't see it going to the grid (so shows as house usage or is going to ground) or something has gone wrong with wiring or set up or everything needs rebooting so it will see the configuration?

I am not sure why this is showing as a house load, and not going out to the grid.
It might need a reboot, it could be CT clamp is in wrong place.

I think I would leave it for today, and check tomorrow's graph and see what happens to the system overnight.

Just an update, fortunately a simple fix.

My installer had removed the inverter side CT clamp due to the wiring diagram for the gateway not showing it as installed as it has one built in. {Said it was the first fox eps he had fitted of that type)

Anyway traced and resolved in about 30mins which is as good a resolution as could hope for, and with Storm Dave hitting us hard yesterday it is great to have the piece of mind, although noticed the cutover does trip the router so not suitable to protect electronics such as a mission critical server or PC, but that's not my use case so all is good.

Thanks for all the help

Glad it had a positive outcome in the end.
