KH Firmware Manager 1.60 / Master 1.64 - potential issue

I’m just copying a note from Will as he has updated his KH series inverters to the latest master and manager firmware and the inverters are now stuck with a grid voltage fault even when confirmed that mains power is normal to the plug.
He is going to downgrade and test again but it looks like there might be an issue with these versions so hold fire right now.
UPDATE: Downgrading resolved the grid lost issue - for now hold off upgrading to these versions.

Thanks for the heads up, thankfully it doesn't yet show as an update (for now)

Dave/Will, this is being pushed now by Fox... should we avoid at all costs, or is this a safe upgrade?

We’ll need Will to confirm, the last thing I heard is that it was the Master 1.64 that caused the problem - Manager 1.60 itself was ok.

Just saw this pop up and tried it but getting a -1 error saying version are out of sync so looks like someone somewhere may have disabled it.
I'm hoping this fixes the last monumental mess up of firmware that has left me scheduling manually for the past month!
System was installed December and must admit I'm significantly underwhelmed with it.

Thanks Dave,
Hopefully Master 1.64 has been fixed now, but will hang fire a few days and see if Will has some news for us all.

I hadn't seen this until now. I contacted support via the app and they manually applied these updates as they ran into code -1 errors when I tried myself. My battery then appeared offline for about 2 hours despite being operation on the physical displays. I reconfigured the wifi via the app and this appears to have resolved everything but now this thread has me worried.
EDIT: I'm now getting the faults mentioned. Will contact support to downgrade again

Good to know that it's still kaput, let's hope they can downgrade you ASAP.

Lol.. I'll at least give them some credit, they responded to the ticket and downgraded it all within 40 minutes thankfully.

It would be a good idea to update the Status in
viewtopic.php?t=1927 to say "Known Issues - Avoid Installing"

It looks like they removed v1.64 from the upgrade. Last week it was available for me to upgrade, but this week it's no longer available..

Yeah I see they rug-pulled the firmware also, must have been bad for sure.
