Exporting to grid? Why?

Hi,
Running Android app version 2.2.3, inverter H1-3.0-E-G2-WL (master/slave/arm: 1.47/1.04/1.33), battery EP5 (BMS 1.010).
Working mode set to self-use.
Strangely, both Android app as well as PC FoxCloud shows system exporting to grid depleting battery charge, as per enclosed photos...
What am I missing here?
Any help would be much appreciated.

The screens you see are just snap shots, so might not represent the correct overall usage.
What is noteworthy, your house load shows 0W. That is not typical at all.
Has anything happened recently, gone near the system?
And have you performed a system reboot?

Thkx for your reply.
Nothing happened that I am aware of and no, I have not performed a system reboot.
Should I do that?
In fact, I missed the fact my home load being 0W which is far from true since my wife was baking using the owen when those scrennshots were taken...

Try the reboot Pedro, once the wife has done
Shut-Down Sequence – (Switch OFF)
1. Turn OFF the PV supply at the consumer unit (3).
2. Turn OFF the AC isolator at the consumer unit (3).
3. Switch the AC Isolator at the inverter to OFF (2).
4. Switch the DC Isolators at the Inverter to OFF (2).
5. Battery off
Wait for Inverter screen to go blank.
Then I do all of that in reverse.

Under your quick settings, you can also see export is set to 0W.
Seems like a reboot could straighten things out for you.

Got to confess that the app allowed me a few days ago to change the original value from 30000 W to 0W and now it says it is only available to installers...
Strange right?

That is now blocked to anyone that has 'Enduser' account level.
If you need export, you have to program on Inverter screen, but check your Country regulations for export limits.
