Working from home with little electrical usage but good sunny days

Hi all,
I am new to this self generation and am trying to figure out the best way to set up my Fox ESS system.
I have a 2.7kW solar system south facing (restricted size due to loft skylights) and a 10.24kWh Fox ESS.
A couple of days a week I am the only person at home and I am only using approx. 150-200W most of the day.
What would be the best use of my solar during these periods - I am assuming charging the battery & then using the battery in the evening when the rest of the family come home.
How do I set the battery to just charge from the solar during the day on certain days?
I also have Octopus intelligent go tariff as I have an EV with an Octopus approved EV charger so have set forced charges of the battery between 11.30pm and 5.30am - should I do this on the days when it is going to be really sunny?
I also have an agile export tariff set at 15p - so would be good to know thoughts around this too?
All suggestions are welcome - just looking to make the most out of my new asset and reduce my energy bill as much as possible.
