EPS mode

Hi my system went down the other day and I had to do a reset. However since doing this my inverter is showing EPS mode and I don't know how to get it out of this mode. I did another reset but same thing. I've updated all the firmware. I'm a complete newbie so any help if possible. I've been in contact with the installer and they said they are waiting foxess to come back to them.
Not too happy as the system is under a year old and was hoping this would have been sorted by now.

That usually means that your mains input breaker has popped and there is no grid supply to the inverter - check all your breakers, specifically any that are labelled PV or inverter, if they are off turn them on.

I still have this issue dealing with it since the 6th February now with my installer and foxess, I am so disappointed with the service from both ends. The system is under a year old and no one is making this a priority. The installer is saying they are waiting foxess for a response. I have asked repeatedly for an engineer to come out.
Any suggestions anyone? Getting desperate now and would really like to resolve this instead of going down the more serious path.

The inverter thinks it’s lost grid power, it really needs an engineer to visit and investigate - possibly a faulty breaker, but worse is that it’s a burnt connector - it really should be investigated by your installer as a matter of safety.
