Force Charging with Mode Scheduler

Hi
I am trying to set Force charging using Mode Scheduler work mode in the android app v2.2.1, but it doesn't seem to be having any effect. Here is a quick rundown of my settings:
System Min SOC 10%, Max SOC 100%.
Charge Power from grid 10000W
Charging from grid enabled
Import Limit 70kW

As regards the system itself, it consists of a TG3 inverter by the PV panels and a AC3 inverter near the grid & batteries. The latter are an EP11 (master) with EP12+ (slave). The EP12+ was just added on Friday, and at that time I was actually able to set Force charging as I have done for the last year, namely by going into the Battery menu, and then Settings, and then enabling the slider, setting the start/stop times, and then submitting. This procedure charged the battery off the grid as expected for two days. However, that method for setting Forced charging seems to have disappeared, and instead there is only route of the Work Mode, so I am instead using the Mode Scheduler option (as helpfully explained in one of Will's videos). As an aside, I didn't personally update the app to v2.2.1 but perhaps the update happened automatically in the last few days

The battery also doesn't seem to charge off the PV (we have some sunshine at last and the generation is 2kw vs a of 1.5kw)

The above settings by the way are copied from from the android app. The AC3 inverter display has a blue light and says StandbyState with a 10% charge. On both the batteries the "S" light is solid green, and the first SOC light is also solid green.

Any suggestions?

It shouldn't say Standby, in the app if you click the 'alarm' icon in the top right hand corner - are there any current errors ?

Also worth making sure the inverter is actually running, press and hold the 'tick' on the inverter (3rd from left), if it says 'Start' then release and press again to start the inverter, if it says 'Stop' press the exit key (1st from right).

No current alarms on the app

After pressing the tick it said Stop? , so I exited. It then went through a checking routine, after which it shows an InvRelay Fault

If you haven't already tried it, a full shut down restart sequence is worth doing - but failing that sorry to say you'll need to get either your installer (or more precisely Fox) to investigate it.

To shut down, open the PV (DC) isolator, then open the AC breaker, the power off the battery - the inverter screen should go blank.

Reverse the process, so that is Battery power on (wait 10 seconds), AC breaker closed 'on', PV (DC) isolator closed 'on'.

The inverter will go through it's waiting, checking state for 2 minutes - after which there is usually a small click and the inverter returns to 'normal' (that click is InvRelay closing)
