Hi,
Has anyone got an explanation for why the new app is showing negative Feed in Tariff Revenue? I can't get my head round how this can be true.

Thanks

If you are talking about Total Revenue on the home page of the App, then mine shows £880.74.
I have not setup any ToU tariff information, as this never was an option when I started out almost one year ago.

Under the 3 dots menu, edit plant, my Feed-in Unit Income value is set as 0.15 £/kWh since the very beginning.

If you supply a picture and let us know if you programmed in a ToU tariff information that would help.

I think I've attached screenshots of my tariff settings screen and the revenue screen for this month to date...I don't understand how a feed in tariff can generate a negative value for Revenue....in fact I'm sure it can't. What am I misinterpreting?

TIA

The screenshots have indeed landed, thank you for adding.

I agree that it seems a very odd way to format the data, and I do not think that is intended to be a negative. Given the amount of bugs in the new App, this could just be adding another.

I use my own spreadsheet for tracking, and takes the meter readings supplied by Octopus, as this is what they charge/pay us for export. The readings from the Fox system can be out by a few % for Import and Export.

Translation, use the above data presented by the Fox system with a grain/bag of salt, and pray they fix this soon.
