Trying to install Fox inverter+Fox Battery.

Everything is connected, dongle installed, battery connected (everything brand new from factory, out of the box). Inverter telling "waiting", battery showing 2 status led+run (S) and in a few seconds showing led sequence telling, according to available manual - parallel addressing issue. After some timeout battery goes to sleep. Doesn't matter if inverter off-grid or grid connecting, it doesn't matter which can cable used (tried with original one as well as with standard network twisted cable based patch cable. Please help to finish my install, I guess that brand new battery and inverter are not failed units....

It doesn’t sound like the battery is closing it’s contactor - usually because of a comms issue.

Have you installed the 2 parallel plugs into the LINK in/Out ports on the battery, it won’t work without them?
