Adjusting min state of charge

In the new app the min state of charge shows as 80% if I try to change it to 10 or 20% i get error code 44096 unsupported function code.
To make it even .ore complicated my mode schedule shows that for my forced discharge cutoff is 10% if I then try to edit it it won't let me set it below 80% even though it does discharge down to 10%
Any ideas?

try setting the backup reserve to 90%, hit save, then lower the minsoc to 10%, hit save, then lower the backup level to 20-30% and hit save.

Where is 'backup reserve' in the 2.2 App? Is it what's now called 'backup cut off SoC'?
To add to my confusion: I find if I change 'battery reserve' in the cloud App and then go to the mobile App I find it's 'system min SoC' that has changed!
It suggests something has got mis-labelled somewhere?

Backup Reserve is now called Backup cut off SoC - BUT as you say Fox have incorrectly labelled them and they are reversed so if you change System Min SoC it will change what used to be called MinSoC on Grid, then it became Backup Reserve, now it is called Backup Cut-off SoC
And if you change Backup Cut-off Soc it will change System MinSoC.
