The app was updated to V2.2.0 and on exploring the options It has deleted my system without any warning or confirmation. I didn't realise it was going to delete my system. I can't get it back.
Do I have to get the serial numbers to add it back inor is it something Fox can do behind the scenes?

I am fairly sure you can bring it all back by scanning your QR code on the WiFi datalogger (or manually inputting SN in App)
