Hi all, I'm getting a Tesla soon and need to install a charging point. Are there any particular ones that are good with Fox kit and Octopus?

I have 3ph supply too so worth having a 11kW one...

Cheers

They can be wired for Single or 3-Phase, and most importantly... they can work with Octopus Intelligent Go
It will be capable of 22kW, but as you might know, the car itself has to support this, so often will be limited to "just" 11kW.

It is worth noting, that you can integrate with Home Assistant all of the above. When you combine this with IOG tariff, you can make your battery force charge when you get a nice 7p slot outside of the 23:30 to 05:30 normal window.

Attached is a video taken at 19:50, and you can see the car is charging at the same time as the battery.

Home Assistant as shown above in Will's video automates this functionality, and can give the Fox battery a boost that is helpful if running low.

Zappi seconded here as well.

Just make sure whoever installs it, understands how it needs to be wired into your incoming electricity supply and where to place the CT clamps, so as not to drain your solar battery.

Not all installers are the same !!!!
