I am still a newbie to this home battery storage game - but i am not new to maths. My 4X EP12 batteries discharged to 8% yesterday ( should be only able to go to 10%) and my capacity of 46.08 kwh batteries then recharged to 100% overnight but i only have 6hours of chargewith the inverter peaking at 5.92kwh. I think i have discovered a miracle as i have managed to find another6kwh of chargefrom somewhere or another hour of charge. Can someone help me to understand what is happening.

The battery percentage reported is a calculation based off internal calculation (best estimate) of the cells Voltage.
In a new system, it needs to calibrate over time the end points, so bottoming out and topping out (balancing the cells)
So the odds are high that the percentage shown to you, is not currently accurate, but should improve with time.
4x EP12's are as you say, 46.08kWh of capacity, which at 90% DoD gives you are usable 41.47kWh.
6hrs at around 6kW, is a rough max of 36kWh, which is less than the 41.47kWh needed to top the batteries up.
So as mentioned, odds are high that the BMS has not fully calibrated yet, or your Inverter is lying about the charge rates.
