Software updates from app - not available despite app update

Hello, I just watched Will's very informative video on YouTube about the ability to update software via the v2 Fox app. Both my inverter and battery are behind the latest versions - my solar installer refused to do aftercare, and Fox firstly stopped responding to my requests via Support in the app, and now have actively removed the option 'Support' from the app (it flashes up briefly when loading the Contact Us page, but disappears - if anyone has a solution to this, please let me know).
I have just updated my app to the newest version, but none of the options shown in the video appear. On the Inverter or Battery tab, I have no graphic telling me there is a new update waiting, then when I click in on the serial number, under Versions I just see the firmware values alone. No red dot, no wording saying they are up to date.
I have an H1-3.7-E-G2 inverter, and EP5 battery.
Inverter versions are Master 1.33, Slave 1.02, Manager 1.49
Battery version 1.006
How can I get the ability to update my own software? I currently have no way to contact Fox at all, and the brand new app update hasn't given me this feature. Thanks
