force charge and discharge----APP gone offline

Hi team,
Have you ever experienced this? The system has been running well and I noticed everytime (twice) I used force discharge and charge the system then gone offline. The app shows offline etc. Also there was once the property gone power outage and after a few minutes power came back. During power outage the backup worked.
