Faulty system - not charging or discharging.

I had the following equipment installed by Soly almost a year ago. It has developed a fault, but Soly have ceased trading and I cannot get any support. Fox told me to go direct to the installer, which I cannot do.
The equipment I had installed is listed below:-
18 X Solar panel: Aiko Gen 2 455 WP
1 X Inverter: Fox ESS 6kw H1
1 X Battery: Fox ESS EP11
There are a few problems I have:-
1. The system is showing no load being used, which is incorrect
2. It is showing that I am gathering no energy at the moment, despite it being quite bright. The 0.7kWh yield it mentions for today is the energy it harvested to recharge the battery to full and then stopped.
3. I can’t use energy from the battery to power the house.
4. No power is being sold back to the grid.
Can someone please help?!?

Can you provide the graph from the app (swipe left on the home page) and its the graph at the bottom that shows what the system is doing - on the surface of what you’ve said it sounds like either your CT clamp has become disconnected, disabled or removed (any recent electrical work in the meter cupboard?) but could do with seeing the graph to better understand.
Can you also provide the minSoC, Battery reserve settings and any Grid Charge Settings you have set

Many thanks Dave.
Image below.
In answer to your questions.
- No, I haven't had any work done at all.
- Min SOC is 14%
- Battery Reserve Capacity is 14%
- Charge from Grid is set from 00:01 to 05:30
Appreciate your help,
Adie

Best click on the Bell icon, you have 3x warnings for faults.
Post that image up once you open that up.

Thanks - hadn't seen that.

The graph shows that it isn’t attempting to balance the load which is what you see if there is a CT problem, but according to the alarms there is no grid connection to the inverter which will be the actual reason.
The question is why ? - the inverter is connected to the grid usually through an MCB or RCD breaker (or combination of both) - can you locate any breakers installed for the PV system (often a small separate consumer unit) and see if any have tripped, if they have, close the breaker and the inverter should run through waiting/checking and the screen should switch to ‘normal’ (preferably if you could post a picture of the breaker so we can check it’s rating).

Hi David.
Apologies - rookie error. I had been checking the consumer unit in my garage that I thought controlled the Solar set-up.
I eventually realised that the unit I'd been checking serviced my Car Charging setup. The separate one controlling Solar was located elsewhere. There was a switch that had tripped.
Thanks for your help with this.

Hi Adie,
Can you make sure to take a picture of the Consumer Unit that is powering the solar that has tripped, if the rating for the fault protection is incorrect, this can cause no end of trouble in trip faults.
