Battery SoH - dropping quicker than expected

I've had my EP11-H since early July. In the 5 months since, the battery SoH has dropped from 100% to 96%. Is that normal, or should I be concerned? I'm used to my phone battery SoH maintaining at 100% for around a year, so a 4% drop in 5 months has shocked me. However, I appreciate that comparing different battery types might not be a good idea

It seems fairly normal with Fox LFP batteries they drop quicker in the first year, it’s really a calculated ‘guestimate’ taking use, age, cycles and temperature into account.

Still 100% SoH after 10months

Might be an idea to pull your cycles/total charge/discharge and post

I’m in the same boat - have logged a ticket with support but they have not responded!
181 Charge Cycles
Total discharged energy: 859.30kWh
Total charged energy: 966.10kWh
SoH: 98%
Concerned at how quickly the SoH (and therefore total capacity) has dropped.

I had similar behaviour on the Mira HV25 batteries. See my thread here:

On mine, it was a 1% fall every 2-3 months. When I sold them they had fallen to 89% SOH after 2 years and 8 months of use at 730 cycles. Usable capacity was down to 13.1kWh on 14.7kWh of batteries (6x HV25). The fall in SOH was pretty linear on mine, though did show some signs of slowing after a while. It did seem very fast to me though.

EC4300-H4 battery (15kWh usable)
SOH 100%
Battery cycles 366
Total charged 5.99MWh
Total discharged 5.66MWh
I don't know how relevant this is, but I charge & discharge at the minimum rate needed for the time needed, and avoid the extreme top and bottom of the SoC range (other than doing weekly top calibrations and monthly bottom calibrations). I also monitor and control battery cell temperatures using fans and adjusting charge rate. People keep saying that's not relevant for LFP batteries, but the literature does clearly say that there is higher degradation based on temperature, charge speed, and SoC extremes, for LFP as well as other chemistries (although to a significantly lesser extent). Calendar degradation is inevitable, however.

Most likely not relevant to you, but my HV2600s are showing as 100% still, after four years.
I don't believe this to be accurate, as I've just replaced my BMS with a V2 and have added a V2 battery at the same time.
The nominal power is showing as 15.36KWh, with a theoretical 15.6KWh max, so just under 98.5% if the app is correct with its figures.
