Apologies if this has been already posted. I have had a look but I'm a bit new to this and not 100% sure.... of anything, really!

I have recently had my 9-month old H1-3.7-E-G2 inverter replaced with a new one after the old one fried its mind when I had the battery upgraded. (Fox said they'd never come across the error codes it threw up before, but that's another story.)

I just wondered if the firmware on the new inverter was up to date, and would be very grateful for any help. Currently, it reads:

Version_Master：1.33
Version_Slave：1.03
Version_ARM：1.49

I should have spotted that sticky post. (Schoolboy error!)

The installers said it had the latest firmware when they fitted it (three weeks ago), so I shall contact them and ask them to update it.

Ask them to please upgrade your inverter, and supply the Inverter serial number with your email

Mr Magoo moments seem to have been a central component of my life, and seem to be on the increase as I get older!

It's a great source of comfort to know that there is so much friendly advice and knowledge available in this community though, and I shall gratefully take your advice and send the email today.

I am glad you got the reference, let's hope that Fox can sort you with some fresh firmware updates.
Shame the installer said there was none available, self-support is the way forward for you.
