can some one please help
dull day today so i force charged for an hour but much much later its still running off grid and i dont know why, i dont seem able to get it to run off battery as it normally does i use octopus flux import 2am -5 and export if required after 4 on mode scheduler but its still importing from grid ive reset the inverter loads of time and looked at the app on my phone and laptop but its the same i will have done something but not sure what battery is 65% but im drawing from grid and missing the battery charge that i wanted, what have i done help please
force charge was for an hour ! am lost right now

Ive also just noticed that the inverter panel says OFF Mode but i cant get it on so now the house is just running from grid missing the batteries and the force charge used for flux has stopped working it appears that the link between the inverter and the load in the house is missing on the app where it shows the energy flow i am not sure how to resolve this if anyone can advise please it would be welcomed

I think you need to start by doing a full shutdown and then restart the inverter and go from there.

To shut down the system, you will need to isolate the solar (PV), isolate the grid (AC) and then switch off the battery - after approximately short while the inverter display will go off then reverse the process.

Power on the battery, switch the grid (AC) on, switch the solar (PV) back on

Thanks for the reply ive done it numerous times and the error still persists ive managed to check that the G98 is in settings but it still wont run now at all officially broken

Press and hold the ‘enter’ key (3rd from left) - when it says Start ?, release and press it again - the inverter should start up.

i tried it yesterday though and it dint work i will give it a shot after a full restart and report back Thanks for your help
