Lost my home from FoxCloud2 app

I have been trying to change the wifi that my Fox system connects to. Somehow I managed to delete my home from the app. The system still seems to be running correctly, but I cannot access my home on it, so I am unable to see or alter any parameters or data. Is there any way to recover access to my home's data and then change it to connect through my new wifi.
My supplier was SOLY Energy. They have gone out of business recently, so I cannot contact them for help.

You need to re-add your home to your original app account/credentials (using the datalogger serial number), you'll not be able to do anything without that.
