Linking in small scale hydro?

Early next year I am due to be having a 20 solar panels fitted along with H1-6kW and two EP6 batteries.
I'm currently building a very small hydro scheme, it will not produce a huge amount of power but will be constantly producing a small amount both night and day. I would like to be able to connect this into my battery system.
The voltage produced will vary depending on the flow rate.
Does anyone know if this will be possible in any way?
