Meter Compensation.

Hi all,

I have raised a support ticket for adjust meter compensation for -40 with in the application on the 22nd-NOV-2025.
I got an email inform from foxESS will be in touch with in 24hours.

But so far still InProgress.

Does anyone know how i can reach out the supporting team.?

Support ticket #88708 inverter issue.

It’s worth chasing them, they have been very busy and i’ve heard of a few tickets that have not been responded to - probably best to email your local service team with the ticket number (and include your inverter serial number).

I would 2nd what Dave has said, I put in a support ticket on 20th via the app, they couldn't find it.
Sent email and it was answered within 2 days and sorted.
