I am writing to you following the recent installation of my new system, and I am now part of the Fox Family.
I have a question regarding my hybrid inverter, which is the P3-12.0-SH model. However, I have been unable to locate this specific reference on the commercial website or in the firmware list available on the community site.
Could you please clarify whether this is a new inverter model? Or perhaps it is marketed under a different name depending on the region? Based on my research, it appears that it might be the H3 Gen2 (Smart) model.
