Status only on app off grid

Hi, I'm a new user.
My mobile app tells me it's offline, but everything on the website works fine, and the Wi-Fi is connected to the inverter without a problem. The only thing I notice is that when I leave the app open, several messages appear, saying "Time expired, try again." I started using it the other day. Could this be a temporary issue, or is there a problem with my account?

There have been some cloud server issues today, I gather all resolved now.
