Battery Reserve @100% after charging

Hi,
Having had my Solar/Battery installed in April, the nights are drawing in and PV production is dramatically lower. So time to set my batteries to charge from the grid.
After being initially confused how to set up charging on Octopus Agile tariff, I followed Will's guide on manual charging viewtopic.php?p=10000&hilit=octopus#p10000 . Will indicates that Max SOC should be set to 100%, I'd previously tried the default 10% and didn't charge overnight.
My batteries charged overnight to 100%, but Battery Reserve Capacity set itself to 100%, which means my battery is effectively isolated. I've tried setting BRC back to 20%, but clearly done something wrong as all I get is a code 44099 system is busy error.
An advice on this error and the correct procedure for Agile Charging would be very much appreciated.
Steve
