Junction box: mixing ep5 with ep11

Got an ep5 and regret not getting a bigger battery with my setup. Considered adding an el11 with the junction box but been told you can’t mix sizes with the junction box. Is this correct? I thought that was the whole point of the junction box?

The junction box is to parallel up to 4 batteries together with a single common feed to the inverter, but the battery sizes cannot be mixed - If you switch to an EP11 there is a fairly active marketplace on eBay for them, it won’t hang around.
