Lost RS485 plug for FoxESS H1-5.0-E1

Hi,

I want to connect my FoxESS H1-5.0-E1 to a USR-W610 RS485 → WiFi/Ethernet converter for real-time data. The problem: my installer threw away the green 8-pin RS485/Meter/CT plug that fits in the inverter’s COM port.

FYI the ethernet port isn't returning any data that I can use in my Home Assistant instance. The purpose of all this, is to access the data real time AND to set charging from net schemes depending on the electricity price.

Does anyone know the exact connector type and where I can order a replacement (preferably in the EU)? Also, can someone confirm which pins are RS485 A/B on this model?

Please find the connector port in attachment.

Gr,
Gijs

I’ve never come across the connector on the open market - if anyone knows please do post a link.

My advice is usually to your installer (as they often have spare ones) or Fox support direct and see if they can assist.

Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately I can’t get in touch with my original installer anymore, and the other Fox installers I’ve contacted here in Belgium haven’t responded. That’s why I’m hoping someone here might know a direct source for the connector.
