I had a new roof fitted and the person who fitted my solar has gone bust, so another firm came, did my roof reset the inverter but didn't connect the app. They promised to come back that was April, and they still haven't. I can't change the time I pull electricity or anything. How do I connect the app?

When you say reconnect the app, what do you mean exactly?
You should simply be able to install the foxcloud 2.0 app, login with your login details and assuming the inverter is connected to the internet it should just work.
Any screenshots of what you see would be great.

The inverter isn't connected to the internet. I can log into my app, but obviously, it's not working as the inverter is not connected. They said they couldn't do it on the day and someone else would come and fix that and they have never been.
Can I connect it to the invertor?

Hi all, I have finally, thanks to Will, got my inverter connected and my app working. I want some videos to watch to see how to get the most out of my system and app, but I want to change the time to when my tariff comes from the grid. How do I do that anyone?
