Min SOC / Battery Reserve Capacity keep defaulting to zero

I seem to be having an issue with the app / dashboard.

I know I can't log into both at the same time (so am logging out of one before logging in with the other), but I often find MinSoC BRC show different values in the app and on the dashboard. The web dashboard will often show 0% for both whereas the app will sometimes show the values I set, sometime 0%.

Also, more often than not, when trying to make changes via the app (less so the web dashboard), I get timeout warnings / issues. Wifi is strong so that doesn't seem to be the issue.

Am I doing something wrong / missing something?

Many thanks

Philip

The 0% soc issue is just an app bug and is planned to be fixed in a future app update from the app store.

Brilliant, thanks for your reply... When you say a bug has it actually defaulted the values to zero (thus allowing the battery to completely drain), or is it a "false" value and the value I previously set of say 10% is in effect. Not sure if that question make sense - hopefully it does.

It's a UI bug in the mobile app, the system is still set to 10% if you check the inverter on the screen.
