Hi all,
I've been collecting the Fox Forest carbon credits in the app for a while now.
That's the bubbles of 3g or 2g of carbon saved that appears each day on the tree icon (top left of app).
However, in the last couple of days, the bubble no longer appears. Refreshing the screen makes no difference.
Clicking the tree to enter the carbon credit screen also yields no bubble to collect.

Where has this gone?

If you haven’t had much solar it won’t show the 2/3g in the tree, but you should be able to click on the tree and see what you have earned so far - if not click on ‘Me’, ‘System Settings’ and make sure that FoxForest is enabled.

FoxForest is enabled (confirmed in app).
I can see what I've earned so far by clicking on the tree.
Monday was a fairly sunny day where I am, so should have seen the 2g or 3g bubble. Same for yesterday, but there's nothing available to claim.
I also updated the app this morning to see if that made a difference - it didn't.
Have the earning thresholds changed perhaps?

This has happened to me since Monday too. Everything is enabled and there’s been a lot of solar generated Tuesday & Wednesday

I’ve heard a few people say this, i’m not sure what thresholds it uses are (not even sure what timezone it uses as it seems a bit strange in it’s allocation) but this time of year generation obviously falls off. I’ve had >20kw generation in a day and had no credits - so i’ll keep watching, today looks a reasonable day so should be some today.

Do not often visit the forum but I have had same problem. seems to be a software glitch in the App. I have also noticed that in the Battery, info, Analysis Graph the Battery SOC no longer shows. Hope Fox sort it out soon.

Same here nothing since Monday, clealry an app issue and nothing to do with the end user

Mine disappeared earlier this week also. Had plenty of generation and can still see previous credits earned. Anything to do with recent app update?

Same problem for me it was working earlier in the week and now I don’t see it. My partner has the same setup on her house and it’s fine for her as well.

Same here decent Solar but no bubble to click on

…. And as if by magic, it’s reappeared today. Anyone else who has the same problem also see it back today?

Anyone on the Fox side maybe an update on what is going on, is it a known issue that is being fixed?

If it came back I didn’t see it, so as far as I’m aware it’s gone …… over a week of credits lost

Came here to say this too, thought I was going daft but it is so sporadic now when before the major update I got 2g everyday
