Charge from grid
Hi
I have a recently had installed an H1.7 inverter coupled with a 5.5Kw battery, when setting the grid charge (00.05 - 05.00) to match my lower tariff the system will charge for a couple of evenings then doesn't charge, I haven't changed anything and the battery has discharged during the evening, the reserve cap is set at 15% and the sys min SOC is 10%. I have set these via the quick settings, on the battery page the setting are the same as above. The mode scheduler is disabled.
Any advice on how I can solve the issue gratefully accepted.
Re: Charge from grid
Can I just check your inverter model there isn't a H1.7 (there is a 6) or is it a KH7 ?

Just wanted to check your firmware versions to eliminate any problems there - you can see your firmware in the app, click on 'Device', choose 'Inverter' and click on the serial number below the picture, it will show Master, Slave and ARM versions can you post them please.

And just to check you are not using the scheduler and in quick settings it shows as disabled, but you are using 'Charging Time' - and when you click in there do you see your charge time period with 'Charge from grid enabled' and the toggle set to on (or are they reset to 00:00)
Re: Charge from grid
Hi
It is a H1-3.7-E-G2 model
Master 1.33
Slave 1.03
ARM 1.49

In quick settings the mode scheduler is disabled and the grid charge setting is on and set for 00.05 until 05.00 with a message 'charge from grid enabled'.

This is my 2nd inverter as the 1st was changed under guarantee, it failed with 'open main switch' which my installer couldn't reset.

Regards

Tony.
Re: Charge from grid
The settings sound correct, latest versions are 1.40 master, ARM 1.54 so you are quite up to date.

Could you post a few screen shots, one of the charge settings, but also the graph (swipe left on main app screen) the graph tha shows Load, Grid, Battery etc..and the battery Soc on the bottom. If you could post a day where it did charge and a day where it didn't so I can see what the inverter is doing over the 24 hour period.

As it is a new install it might be worth doing a full shutdown and restart in case the manager has hung
